EST)2)As of right now, I have 7 possibly 8 codes that I am waintig on. Now, 1 is from a little while ago and I think another was from yesterday or day before, but all the others I have been waintig on. These tickets range from the dates of Feb 6-Today Feb 22. There is ticket number ending in 10760 that shows a reply was sent to me on Feb 16 but when I opened the ticket there are no new messages. Can you please look into that for me? This is the questionable ticket as to weather I got the code already. I will have to go back and double check.3) Can you please clarify for me what the turn around time is supposed to be to receive the e-mail with the codes. Also, I thought if we sent a ticket it should be answered in 24-48 hours. Please correct me if I am wrong and please let me know what the new turn around time is for the both of these.I think that will be all for now and I hope that everything can get resolved and I can get some answers to my questions. I really enjoy playing this ALL DAY LONG..LOL and going through all of the great deals that are posted on your site, I just don't know why it takes so long for the codes to be received.
